He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Miller and Marianne Miller of Heathsville, Virginia; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Evelyn and Wyatt Miller; his sister Lucie André (Frank); and his niece Parrish of Baltimore. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
