He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Higgins; and his brother James Higgins (Patricia). He is survived by: his mother Joan Higgins; his wife Colleen Wolfe Higgins; his sisters, Gail Sasso (Cosmo), Maureen Healy (late Frank) and Joanne Nagengast (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Connor, Katie, Lauren, Christopher, David, Olivia, Forrest and Liam; his great-niece Gabrielle; and his great-nephew Brandon. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law.
