It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Edward Gusmer (Summit, New Jersey), who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Svend Gusmer and Hildegarde Wallich Gusmer; and his siblings, John, Charlie and Bill.

He is survived by: his wife Hope Baxter; his children, Marla Jeffrey (David), Thomas Gusmer (Wendy), Peter Gusmer (Sandra), Dana Gruber (Chris) and David Gusmer (Barbey); his grandchildren, Heidi (Andrew), Amy, Peter, Jonathan, Timothy, Karen (Evan), Alexandra, James and Greta; and his great grandchildren, Sandra and Henry. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
