He is survived by: his wife Gina (Battaglia); his children, Jacob and Leah; his siblings, Nigel Hickey and Amy Kellum (Louis); and his stepparents, Dena Bottoms and Joseph Hickey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
