Thomas Van Horn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Van Horn (Swedesboro, New Jersey), born in Camden, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Thomas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Thomas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Fitzpatrick (Mark) and Matt Van Horn (Stephania); his grandchildren, Ally, Jake, Matt and Vivienne; and his sister Christine Walsh.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Daley Life Celebration Studio (1518 Kings Hwy, Swedesboro, NJ 08085).
