He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Wolfson and David Wolfson. He is survived by: his wife Florence; his daughters, Susannah Abbott (Robert) of Andover, Deborah Mendez (Carlos) of Arlington and Sarah Raleigh (Jim) of Belmont; and his grandchildren, Rachel Abbott, David Raleigh, Jonathan Tales (Kathleen), Rebecca Mendez, Edith Mendez and Aidan Raleigh.
