He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his parents, Dr. James Richard and Ruth Fleming Mazzara. He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew Mazzara of Fayetteville, NC, Richard Mazzara of Sandy, Gerard Mazzara of Hackensack, NJ., Cynthia Mazzara of Kirkland, Jeanne Metz of Frederick and Anne Mazzara of Pasadena. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
