He is survived by: his parents, Regina Celia Prado Grangeiro and Licio Silva of Almeida Grangeiro; his wife Angelica; his children, Eveline Regina Grangeiro and Lorenzo Atlas Grangeiro (Angelica Marie Poniros); his brothers, Alexandre, Cristiano, Luis Henrique and Luis Felipe "Pipe" Grangeiro; his stepmother Lucia Nery; and his father-in-law Evans "Pops" Poniros. He is also survived by his 11 nieces and 10 nephews.
