It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neville Anthony Parker (Teaneck, New Jersey), who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Aethnae; his children, Adenike, Kwame, Ayanna and Maisha; his grandchildren, Adisa, Tarik, Nandi, Neenah, Neville and Selwyn; and his sisters, Maria and Althea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a tribe of close family friends.

He directed the National Science Foundation-supported New York Louis Stokes Alliance since its inception in November of 1992, through which in excess of 17, 000 baccalaureate degrees have been awarded to underrepresented minority students.
