He is survived by : his wife Elaine Bordeau; and his children, James B. Moss of Hopewell Junction, NY, William J. Moss, MD of Baltimore, MD, Shaun M. Moss, Eric G. Moss, Heather Moss Gibbons and Heidi Moss. He is also survived by grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
