He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Mary Oprandy. He is survived by: his father John "Jack" G. Welch; his wife Kathryn Michele Welch; his pet Olivia; his children, Robert, Lucia Welch, Tammi, Michael Ingannamorte, Kimberly, Butch Leopold and NJ; the parent of his children Loel; his grandchildren, Samantha Loel, Jake Christopher, Nicole Rose, Michael Anthony and Robert S. Welch III; Ross, Molly, Jana and Jill. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, godchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, causes that were especially meaningful to him.
