She was predeceased by: her mother Marjorie Rodney; her grandmother Rebecca Daniel; her aunt Veronica Williams; her father Leslie Dowridge; and her uncle Neville Rodney.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leslyn Wheeless (R. C.) and David Rodney (Kathy); her nephews, Rich Wheeless, Brian Wheeless (Kristen) and Halle Rodney; and her cousins, Lenny, Dolly Fraser and Clyde Fraser. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.
Beyond her clinical practice, Roxanne was a resolute advocate for heart health, having served as a former Board member of the American Heart Association.
