She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Mae Morris Hurt and Feaoley Morris; her stepfather Deacon Richard Hurt, Sr.; her siblings, Barbara Jean Jones, Feaoley and Frances Elizabeth; her stepbrother Richard Hurt, Jr.; her brother-in-law Theodore Jones; and her close friend Mother Annie Mae Parrish (John Oscar Jones).
She is survived by: her daughters, Tori Lei, Trecia Ann, Tracy Aileen and Tia Johnette (Peter-Donnell Boynton); her grandchildren, Tanaya Latesh, Tamara Areese, Bria'na LaVonne, Taphenese Lanette, Taleisa Mona, Tashelle Lenee' (Derrick), Amber Vaughn, Terrell Leighton, Ju'el Tia, Donnell Jonathan and Donovan Ishmael; her great grandchildren, Takayla, Amirah, Jaylen, Azariah, Taahir, Josiah and Tyce; her brother Willie James (Yvonne); her sisters-in-law, Lena Mae, Hezaline, Shirley and Anna Ruth; and her sisters, Priscilla, Mildred Jean, Pauline and Viris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, her beloved church family, and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
