He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Waters; and his parents, John Waters and Roberta Waters. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Reynolds (John), John "Jay" Waters (Anna) and Sharon Waters; his grandchildren, Bridget, Madeline Reynolds, Albert, Sarah and Eric Waters; his siblings, Bob, Frank (Marie) and Gloria Moro (Charlie Perrone); and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
