He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lyons and Dorothy McLean Lyons; and his siblings, Burt Skrebis, Linda Ferrara and Mickey McEntee.
He is survived by: his wife Antonia Lyons; his sons, Joseph Lyons Jr. (Nicole), Scott Lyons (Jenna) and Billy Lyons (Beth); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Tommy, Katie, Brady, Addison, Leo and Phoebe; and his siblings, William Lyons (Evalyn), Dorothy Aromando (Edward), Bonnie Sulkowski, Margaret Dana and Cheri Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
