Albert R. Hughes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert R. Hughes in Toms River, New Jersey, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Hughes; his parents, Charles Hughes and Clara Hughes (Hawthorne); and his brothers, Raymond and Charles Hughes.

He is survived by: his children, Laura (Bill Hughes) of Westfield, NJ, Stephen (Dawn Hughes) of Union, NJ, Brian (Andrea Hughes) of Basking Ridge, NJ and Kenneth Hughes of Texas; his sister Elaine Falvey of Staten Island; his grandchildren, Patrick, Chelsea, Liam, Julianna and Natalie Hughes; and his brothers, Leurenkill and Vero Beach Elk. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
