It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Theresa Flanagan of Toms River, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George A Bittmann and Theresa Bittmann; and her husband Robert J Flanagan. She is survived by: her brother George W Bittmann of Gibsonville, NC; her children, Michael (Yvonne) of Closter, Thomas W Flanagan (Christine) of New Egypt and Theresa B Flanagan of Jackson; her grandchildren, Patrick (Carly), Alaina (James Hearon), Eric and Brandon (Angela); and her great grandchildren, Crew and Kai Hearon.
