She is survived by: her husband William J Slevin Jr.; her sons, William F Slevin (Kate Smothers) and David J Slevin; her stepson William J Slevin III (Vivian Torretto); her siblings, Barbara Kociuba (John), Annette Brothers and Dennis (Karen); her granddaughters, Jessica Slevin and Lauren Slevin; and her friends, Marilyn, Fran and Butch.
