He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Testa and Nunzia Testa; his daughter Nancy Eineker; and his siblings, Joseph, Steven, Philip, Michael, Mary, Ida, Rosalie and Grace.

He is survived by: his daughter LuAnn Scarpelli (Jack); his granddaughters, Laura (Robert Ingman), Nancy (Christopher Riley), Jacqueline (James Bielski) and Lisa (Carlos Gonzales); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Lia Ingman, Giuliana Gonzales and Josephine Riley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
