He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Cogan (Frankâ) and Margaret Ann Cogan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cogan; his brothers, Stephen Cogan and Sean Cogan; and his aunts and uncles, Carol, Phil Donohue, Chrissie, Oliver Cogan and Richard Cogan.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the St. Luke Roman Catholic Church (1674 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755).
