He is survived by: his son Schuyler Konrad Knutsen; his stepdaughter Maya Nann; his father Konrad Knutsen; his sister Melissa Naomi Knutsen; his uncles, Douglas Chambers and Clarence Nesse; his cousins, Mark Chambers, Katy Chambers, Jason Chambers, Joyce Farnham, Janet Grell, June Markatos and Robert J. Nesse; his brother-in-law Peter S. Markatos; Christina B. Katchen.
