He was predeceased by: his son Jose Ramos; and his wife Basilisa Ramos-Oquendo. He is survived by: his family Dominoes; his children, Julio Ramos, Carmen Camacho, Iris Cintron, Lourdes Maria Ramos, Dolores Wendt and Lisa Lopez; and his siblings, Fernando Ramos, Gilberto Ramos, Caesar Torres, Edwin Ramos, Andy Lugo, Carmen Velazquez, Maria Ramos and Esther Vega. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
