He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie. He is survived by: his stepson Allen John Grikis; his grandchildren, John Grikis (Beverly), Jami Cooper (James), Jodi Mazzara (Isidoro) and Jason Grikis (Shane); and his great grandchildren, John, Dominick, Vincent and Daniella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It was Edwin's wish that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 209 Courthouse Lane, Toms River, New Jersey 08753.
