He is survived by : his wife Linda Johnson; his brother Douglas Johnson (Lynn); his daughters, Jennifer Ceasar (Dennis), Melissa Swoger (Leland) and Rachael Carpenter (Mark); his grandchildren, Brandon, Dale, Jaida, Christopher, Kyle, Jude, Titus and Silas; his niece Julie Bowen (Andrew); and his nephew Robert Johnson (Danielle).
