He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Ulrich and Dorothy (Francis); his sister Janet Farruggia (Ulrich); his son Mark L. Ulrich; his wife Lucy Ulrich (Ferroni) of Toms River; his sons, Frank H. Ulrich Jr. (Clarice) and Louis M. Ulrich; his daughter-in-law Beth Ulrich (Frank); and his grandchildren, Frank R. Ulrich, Bianca Palma (Ulrich), Geneva L. Ulrich, Peyton Ulrich, Mark J. Ulrich, Miranda Ulrich and Alexandria M. Ulrich. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
