She is survived by: her children, Carlo Forgione (Rosa) of Toms River, Giuseppe Forgione (Carrie) of Toms River and Giovanna DiMartino (Dominic) of Woodland Park; and her grandchildren, Alessia Donnelly (Jimmy), Giuliana Forgione, Joseph DiMartino, Julia DiMartino, Gabriella Forgione and Kristen Forgione.
