He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Blue and Elizabeth Blue of Brick, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Allison Rykaczewski (Michael); his granddaughter Elliana Mary of Toms River, NJ; his brothers, Mark (Janis) and Scot (Terry); and his sister-in-law Priscilla O'Keefe (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
