He was predeceased by: his parents, James Glasgow and Marion Glasgow. He is survived by: his former wife Traci Lynne Glasgow; his children, Adam Glasgow of Toms River, Paige O'Quinn (Chris) of Marietta, Georgia and Brooke Arnold (Kevin) of Island Heights; his grandchildren, Kasey Arnold, Kolby Arnold, Kaleigh O'Quinn, Avery O'Quinn and Addison Blumenthal-Glasgow; and his sisters, Cheri Jackob of Brick and Nina Clinton of Lavallette.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you spend quality time outdoors with your loved ones in Jay's honor.
