He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Rizzolo and Elizabeth Rizzolo (Chimento); his sisters, Annabelle Ritacco and Vera Amato; and his nephews, Thomas Giangerelli and Stephen Swentzel.

He is survived by: his wife Diana Rizzolo; his daughters, Jaime Cozine (Joseph) and Jenny McCann (Michael); his grandchildren, Julia, Joey Cozine, Tierney, Kellyn and Owen McCann; and his siblings, Patricia Little, Josephine Tirone and Carmen Rizzolo.
