She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Bertrand and Elizabeth Bertrand; her husband William Hourigan (Bill); her parents-in-law, Gladys and Bill Hourigan; Richard Hourigan and Joan Gaillard.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Neves (Hourigan-Neves), Mark Hourigan (Lisa), Virginia Rich (Michael L. Rich) and Thomas Hourigan (Nancy); her brothers, John Bertrand (Virginia) and Robert Bertrand (Alison); her grandchildren, Steve Neves, Dave Neves (Lauren Schweitzer), Will Hourigan (Samantha), Mark Hourigan Jr. (Abby), Andrew Hourigan, Matthew Hourigan (Summerlyn), Michael J. Rich (Francesca) and Grace Hourigan; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Neves, Cara Neves, Logan Hourigan, Ava Neves and Michael S. Rich. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends.
