He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll George Everingham and Hazel Virginia Moyer Everingham; and his brother George Lloyd Everingham. He is survived by: his wife Donna H. Everingham; his daughters, Laura Everingham Payne (Franklin), Crystal Swann (Marc) and Melissa D. West (Anthony); his grandchildren, Christian, Lily, Seth, Adian, James, Glen (Hanna), Emily and Tyler; his great grandchild Hudson; and his sister Virginia Ginny DeSanto. He is also survived by niece, nephews, extended family.
