He is survived by: his wife Madeline Magnotta (Ott); his sons, John (Carlyon Magnotta), Steven (Lisa Magnotta), Kevin (Sue Magnotta) and Greg (Michele Magnotta); his grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Mark, Alexa, Makenzie, Payton, John, Danielle, Kevin, Sean, Erin, Brandon, Cole and Mia; and his sister Philomena "Aunt Phil". He is also survived by his NINE great grandchildren.
