He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John S. and Helen Creasy Thompson Jr.; his sister Barbara (Thompson); his brother-in-law David B Andersen of Greensboro, NC; his sibling's children, Chelsea Firestone of Oak Ridge, NC, Jonathan Good of Encinitas, CA and Marin Myers of Boerne, TX; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tucker, Garvey, Tessa, Georgia and Grady.
