John Sidney Cook Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Marie Cook; and his brothers, Gerald Cook and David Cook. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gail Cook; his children, Sherri Lynne Lunney and Todd Michael Cook (Kristen); his grandchildren, Shannon Lunney, Kaitlin Lunney, Jonathan Lunney, Paul Lunney, Emily Cook and Adam Cook; and his great grandchildren, Lily Matos and Violet Marcus. He is also survived by his loving extended family, dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
