He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel DeCarlo and Concetta DeCarlo (Algerio); and his sister Rosemarie DeCarlo. He is survived by: his wife Donna DeCarlo of Keyport; his sons, Steven and Michael DeCarlo; his daughters-in-law, Lisa and Keri; his grandsons, Daniel of Staten Island, Jonathan of Staten Island, Evan of Staten Island and Matthew of Staten Island; his mother-in-law Florence Cretella; and his siblings-in-law, Valerie Vairo (John) and Eugene Cretella (Shikira).
