It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Brent Low in Toms River, New Jersey, who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Low and Lola Low; and his siblings, William (Whitey), Walter, Dave, Leslie (Gary) and Lola.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Patricia West-Low; his pets, Rigby, Ginger, Bert and Ernie; his sister Carol Strandberg; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth West, Virginia West, Phil Capp, Katherine, Robert Eddy, Margaret, William Wells, John and Marian West. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
