She was predeceased by: her father Michael G. Koerner; her grandparents, Judith Adamski, Gustave Albert, Martha Koerner and Frank Horn Jr.; and her cousin Jamie Lee Kish.
She is survived by: her husband Adam Douglas; her children, Shane Patrick Watkins, Russell Lincoln Douglas, Savannah Traci Douglas and Adam Christopher Douglas Jr.; her mother Cheryl Adamski; her stepfather Andrew Farmer; her siblings, Cheryl Brower, Jennifer Hock, Michael G. Koerner Jr., Michelle Koerner, Catherine Farmer, Andrew Farmer II, Craig Farmer and Anthony Farmer; her mother-in-law Traci Sicurella; and her grandparents, Robin and Joseph Adamski.
