She is survived by: her husband William Ball of Toms River; her brother Robert Best (Lorraine); her nephew Gregory Best; her niece Donna Best; her great-nephew Mark Best; her great-niece Amanda Luby (Sean); Katelyn Best. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cherished family members, loved ones, and dear friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals (145 St Catherine Blvd, Toms River, NJ 08755).
