She was predeceased by: her husbands, Dominick Polemeni and Edward Barbini; and her sister Anne Ferrantino. She is survived by: her children, Filippo, Filomena Iannelli, Frank, Laura Polemeni, Philip Polemeni, Roseann and Michael Panebianco; her stepchildren, Edward, Jane Barbini and Andrea Santiamo; her sisters, Jenny Amato, Marie Gomich and Susan McKenna; and her grandchildren, Kenneth (Jennifer), Francesca, Kristin, Gabrielle, Gianna, Edward (Maggie), Allison, Joseph and Marissa.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made in Madeline's memory to the American Heart Association http://www.heart.org.
