She was predeceased by: her husband John; her sons, John "Jack" Phillip Hawryluk, Jr. and Ronald John Hawryluk (Barbara); her granddaughter Jenna Marie; her daughter Lynn Ann Poggioli (Raymond); her grandsons, Raymond, Jr. (Ashley) and Robert (Roxanne); and her parents, Fred Bastian and Rose Bastian.

She is survived by: her children, Christopher and Carina; and her great grandchildren, Lila, Nala and Luca Poggioli.
