She was predeceased by: her parents, Selmer Herlofsen and Mary Herlofsen; her husband Bernard Jarosz; and her son Brian Jarosz. She is survived by: her children, Keith Jarosz (Jacqueline) and Erin Danzi (Ben); her daughter-in-law Linda Jarosz; her grandchildren, Ashley Hawkins (Brandon), Patrick, Jack, Shane Jarosz, Anthony and Nico Danzi; her great grandchild Leighton Hawkins; her sister Nadine Lonero (Nick); and her nieces, Monique and Justine.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Gosselin Funeral Home (660 New Dover Rd, Edison, NJ 08820). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St John Vianney Church (420 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067). A burial was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the Hazelwood Cemetery (64 Lake Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marilyn's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
