He is survived by: his children, Donna Ramos-Hart (Kevin Hart) of Toms River, NJ and Robert Ramos of Toms River, NJ; his siblings, Teofanes Jr., Rolando, Carlos, Aurora, Ramon and Jaime; and his grandson Cameron Robert Hart.
