He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Risley and Thelma Risley; and his siblings, Gary Risley and Bonnie Generally. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Poane-Risley; his daughters, Laura Gaughran (Kevin), Amanda Risley (Kevin Bicknese) and Abigail Risley (Matthew Heron); his siblings, Janet Wegryn (Louis) and Michael Risley (Andrea); his grandchildren, Sophia Gaughran, Aubrey Gaughran and Olive Bicknese; and his sister-in-law Laura Lutes (Terry Merrell).
