She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pultorak and Jane Pultorak; and her siblings, Barbara Pultorak and Stephen (Lori Pultorak). She is survived by: her brother Christopher (Kathleen Pultorak) of Sea Bright, NJ; and her daughters, Caitlin McCarthy (Holden Bale) of Brooklyn, NY and Alison (Luke Jones) of Allentown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
