She was predeceased by : her husband William F. O'Leary, Jr.; her sister Eileen; and her brother-in-law Gustave Romano. She is survived by : her children, Kieran (Luis Martinez), Liam (Tracy) and Brian (Kim); her grandsons, Brandon (Kerry), Tyler and Derek; her niece Denise Romano Angilletta; her nephews, Gus (Vanessa) and John Romano (Debra); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia, Kiera, Alexa, Brielle, Nikolas, Gus, John Anthony and Connor.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Scarpaci Funeral Home (1401 86th St, Brooklyn, NY 11228). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help (526 59th St, Brooklyn, NY 11220).
