He is survived by: his wife Joan Nowicki Ciappa; his children, Jessica Mae Corrigan (Christopher), Samantha Ciappa, Olivia Kinder and Peter P. Ciappa, II (Gina); his siblings, Alexis Mercer, Jenny-Lynn Ciappa, Joyce Ciappa and Ralph Ciappa; and his grandchildren, Calvin, Preston Corrigan, Peter P. Ciappa, III, Cocker Spaniel and Chloe.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
