He is survived by: his significant other Kay Worthy; his children, Sharon (Michael) and David (Pam); his children-in-law, Ashley (Kevin), Amanda, Jonathan (Samantha), Corey (Jamie), Alyssa, Danielle (Rob), Josh (Brittany), Kevin (Stratton) and Allison (Kenny); his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Harper, Max, Carson and Colton; his brother-in-law John; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Martha, Mark, Pam and Connie. He is also survived by spouses and many, many friends.
