He is survived by: his wife Patricia Woerner Horn; his children, Stephen (Susan) and Wendy Saxton (Joseph); his grandchildren, Marlee Brown (Tyrone), Brittany Morgan (John), Ally and Christina Horn; and his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Julyanna and Ella. He is also survived by 3 step great grandchildren.
