She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Simon and Gweneth Simon. She is survived by: her husband Steven J. Mack; her children, Vanessa, Nicole, Steven and Peter; her grandchildren, Samantha, Josh and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Xander and Logan.
