He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Lowe and Evelyn "Betty" Lowe; his wife Kathy Lowe (Quinn); his child Jen MacLean (Ricky); his grandchildren, Jacy, Rick, Jr. and MacLean; his siblings, Pat and Gene Lowe (Nancy); his stepmother Helen Lowe; his siblings-in-law, Judi and Rich Fisher; and his pets, Memphis, Duffy and Owen. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many dear friends.
